Finding receipts and cancelling a subscription.
Every ticket purchase sends a receipt by email, and orders are listed in your wallet.
About+, venue and promoter subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time from your settings — you keep access to the end of the paid period. We don't refund part-periods unless the law requires it.
If a payment fails we'll retry and let you know before anything is switched off.
