If an event is cancelled or moved

If an organiser cancels, you'll be notified and refunded the face value automatically — usually within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket normally stays valid for the new date. If you can't make it, contact the organiser through the event page.
