Buying tickets

When an event sells tickets through us, you can buy them in the app. Payment is handled securely by Stripe — we never see your card details.

Your tickets are held for a few minutes while you check out, so complete payment promptly. Squad checkout lets a group claim seats together — the order only completes when the required number of seats are paid for, and unfilled holds are released.

Tickets appear instantly in your Wallet with a scannable code.
