How does voting and RSVP work?

Once the organiser has generated picks, everyone invited gets a nudge to vote on times and places.

The plan locks in when enough people have responded, or when the organiser locks it manually. Everyone then gets the final time, place and directions.

You can change your RSVP any time before the plan starts — just reopen the plan link. The organiser can see who's in, who's out and who hasn't answered.
