Getting paid: Stripe and payouts

To take payments you connect a Stripe account and complete identity and bank verification. That's a legal requirement and it's handled entirely by Stripe.

Payouts are sent after the event, less our platform fee, Stripe's processing fee, and any refunds or chargebacks. We may hold a payout where there's a dispute, an unusual refund rate, or a cancelled event.

You're responsible for VAT and taxes on your own sales.
